Having one of the best tutors ever made the journey through this module one of the most enjoyable of the course so far. The module was a clear pathway full of interesting information on the geography, history and culture of early Greece and Rome. Its do-able without level one if you have some essay writing experience.
The support and guidance will take you through the learning which is truly breath taking and so enjoyable. The set books are all great, Oh the iliad, with context, is just the best!
The tutorials are invaluable with plenty of dates, and one for each block is recorded if you cant attend. The assignments are well spaced, and manageable, starting from around 500 words to 3000 for the end of module assessment, which is a choice of question with plenty time to prepare.
I hadn't formally studied for years and I would highly recommend this module for interest and (re)immersing in academic study.
