I completed this module with a distinction, although it was bitter sweet. Our exam was cancelled due to COVID-19, so I cannot express my opinions on the exam layout.
This module was straight forward, easy to grasp and a great follow on from Fundamentals of accounting (B124) in year 1. It teaches the more advanced layouts for financial statements, along with touching on corporate law for business.
The tutor-marked assignments were very straight forward and easy to follow. Tutor was very helpful and insightful.
Only downfall for this module is that it is all online, for someone like me who prefers to have the books to read, it can be challenging. There was also no day schools, so no interaction with fellow students.
All in all, a good module but it can be challenging in the basis of no day schools or printed books.
