Module satisfaction survey

The figures below are taken from a survey of students who sat the exam/completed the end-of-module assessment for the October 2016 presentation of DE300. The survey was carried out in 2017.

Faculty comment: This module includes many new features and generally the responding students found the module very challenging. To some extent this is inevitable given the complexity of the module and range of content it must cover. The module team has reviewed the free-response feedback from students to identify areas for improvement. Changes for the second presentation include assessing the core psychological domains in an end-of-module assessment and the project material using tutor-marked assignments (TMAs). These TMAs will be marked by the students own tutor allowing for feedforward as well as feedback comments. Additionally face-to-face and on-line tutorials will be offered in addition to module-wide events and forum support.
