I found staying in context for this module was quite an ask, because it felt as though I should be looking for employment. It did not fit my employment skill set and I did not find this module easy, had it not been compulsory I would not have chosen it to do it willingly.

Course starting: October 2015

An excellent course, I found the course challenging and engaging. The materials and TMAs were perfectly pitched for the level of study.

All of the other courses I have done have been of a technical nature, so adjusting to a none technical course was challenging but do-able. I have used and continue to use the materials of this course in my day to day job. This has increased the value of my role amongst my peers.

The Good Managers Guide is a great book and is an invaluable resource for anyone trying to develop themselves and their vocational abilities.
