This is by far the best module. at first I was afraid that they content might be hard for me to gasp, it was not at all that. the tutorials were the most helpful, the tutor-marked assignments (TMAs) were a great way to consolidate your learn of the modules unit and I loved them all. What I found to be easy was how the OU broke down concepts and it gave more view and understanding of everything which made my first year easy. The challenging part was studying independently, which meant that I had to invest more on learning and working on unit activities and some were challenging.

Tips for managing the workload will probably be planning your time management, this is an essential part to succeed and as for revision I would say when you studying take down notes in your own understanding and some just take it as you read it, this way when its time for revision you have a summarised note on the unit topic. before attempting any TMAs start by going over the notes from units it asked you to focus on and then go back and read the TMA question. don't leave things to the last minute.
