I really enjoyed this module and was my favourite of the three years of law study. Essays and an oral assessment which was great to present. I recommend this to anyone, it taught me the most when it came to critically evaluating and researching.
This module really teaches you also how to narrow down and expand on further research and ideas using up to date articles, which helped me with my other law modules towards the end. I found the end-of-module assessment on Neurolaw very interesting indeed.
My only criticism of my 3 year law degree with the OU is that you do not really do any independent research until the final year with the LLB, most brick unis do this in the first few weeks of the 1st year. not a massive issue but it is daunting to find so much at the end.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the past 6 years with the OU while studying the Bachelors of Laws (LLB) course. All of the tutors were excellent and knowledgable, and I cannot fault any of them.
Thank you all for your encouragement and support.
