We provide diversity training for associate lecturers.

Support for new associate lecturers

All new associate lecturers receive support in their role. You will be assigned a mentor for your first year of tutoring and you will receive an induction to the role and course.

If you have a disability or medical condition

We aim to support our associate lecturers so that they can fulfil the requirements of the role, so if you are short-listed you should discuss any special requirements at interview.

Resources are also available to enable associate lecturers to provide support and guidance in meeting the needs of disabled students.
