Skill Up: Deferred postgraduate student form

Please note:

This form is only for students that formally deferred an Open University postgraduate taught module and are applying to recommence study.

You must provide a proof of address document to confirm that you are a Northern Ireland resident.

We are required to request this for every course presentation.

Please note that the type of documents we can accept include:

Valid UK driving licence
Recent utility bill
Rates bill
Recent bank or credit card statement
Recent building society or credit union statement
Tenancy agreement or mortgage statement
