An assessor visit is an essential part of your qualification.

Please note you will need to provide information about Health and Safety in your workplace as part of the preparation for the assessor visit.You also need to provide the name and contact details of a line manager, senior carer and / or health/social care professional with whom you work regularly who can act as an expert witness. The expert witness may be required to provide testimony about your work practice as evidence towards your qualification. We will contact your expert witness to seek further details during registration.
