Media services

The Media Relations team offers a comprehensive, professional and responsive news and information service for journalists and media professionals.

Personalised support and guidance for journalists

The Media Relations team is the central point of contact for all media inquiries and questions. For broadcast journalists, the OU offers an ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network) telephone line for high audio quality phone interviews. The OU's Audio Visual Services offers support to television crews. TV reporters who wish to film on an OU campus or interview a staff member on campus should contact the Media Relations team to make arrangements.

View the latest Open University news releases. Journalists can also look back at the news release archive. Journalists with a specialist interest in certain types of news stories (eg research news, news about students, etc) can reconfigure the media release page to meet their particular requirements, or link to other specific news and information pages on the OU website.
