Improving the success of IT projects

Research continues to show that over 70% of Information Systems and Technology (IS/IT) investments fail to deliver the expected business benefits. A new research collaboration between The OU Business School, Cranfield School of Management and Durham University Business School is being launched to find ways of ensuring organisations maximise the benefits from these investments.

Organisations interested in improving the success of their IS/IT projects are invited to participate in the research – with a number of organisations already expressing interest.

Two free workshops to launch the research are being held in July:
Cranfield School of Management on 10 July 2007
Durhum University Business School on 12 July 2007.
