Top for overall satisfaction For the third year running The Open University tops the National Student Survey for overall satisfaction. Ninety-five per cent of its students mostly or definitely agreed they were satisfied overall, according to results published today (Wednesday, September 12) – a result unmatched by any of the other 146 UK higher education providers whose students were surveyed. “Achieving the highest level of overall satisfaction in any one year is an excellent accomplishment,” said Professor Brenda Gourley, the University’s Vice-Chancellor, “but to be the top-performing university every year since the survey began is a truly extraordinary achievement.
