Hearing impairment

Visual impairment

If you are visually impaired you may have loss of vision ranging from low vision to no vision at all. This may lead to an inability to read module materials and examination questions in standard print and an inability to decipher handwritten marked assignments. Mental Health

Medical conditions

Conditions such as epilepsy, ME, diabetes, hayfever, asthma, cystic fibrosis, angina, asthma, cancer, multiple sclerosis, HIV, and other chronic conditions give rise to a range of individual requirements. Communication difficulties

You may have communication difficulties, which include speech that is impaired, stuttering or an inability to communicate orally, including Tourettes syndrome. Your needs will be centred around effective communication between you and your tutor and participation with other students.
