How to register

For most of our courses, the process of applying is very simple. Once you’ve chosen the course that you want to start with:

• you register for it
• you pay your fees.

There are a few specialist courses, and masters degrees and doctorates, that have a formal application process. Read the course description to check whether this is the case.

Essential advice - please read before registering

Read the course description. Make sure that you have read, and understand, the course description. See the checklist in Before you register for a reminder of things to look out for.

Register in good time. Second, it is useful for you, as well as for us, if you register as early as possible. This is particularly important if:

• you have additional requirements
• you are applying for a Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA)
• you are applying for financial support.

Although we aim to act as quickly as possible, some additional services and facilities could take months to set up.
