This online course examines the general principles and processes of designing and analysing surveys in order to design new services or measure response to services. These are then applied to specific contexts such as travel planning or health-related services. Throughout the course, activities require you to apply what is taught to your own situation and so develop and test a travel plan survey questionnaire.

The course will be of benefit to Travel Planners and Co-ordinators, and health care professionals such as health centre or practice managers.
