Creativity, learning and development are all now taking far greater prominence in the role of the modern manager. Problem solving is a key skill, and it's one that can make a huge difference to your career. At work, problems are at the centre of what many people do every day. You can be solving a problem for a client (internal or external), supporting those who are solving problems, or discovering new problems to solve. The short courses offered by the OU support all of these variations.
