Work in this theme examines intimacy and personal relationships in their social contexts including: studies of families and intimacy, attachment, emotions and social life, love and relations of care, and parenting and children. This growing field of inquiry is central to work being undertaken in the context of both the Centre for Citizenship, Identities and Governance and the Centre for Research on Socio-Cultural Change.
